  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. If a return is not due to a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Multiple Packages: If your order arrives in multiple boxes, please process the items in each box as a separate return.
