They're handcrafted from silk and foam flowers with silk or plastic greenery, styled to look natural in photos. Up close you can tell they're artificial, so check the close-up photos on each product page before you order.
Will my flowers arrive out of shape?
Some flowers can shift in transit. Gently reshape the petals by hand, or use a garment steamer held at a distance. If an item arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the item and its packaging.
Are they safe for guests with pollen allergies?
Yes. Faux florals carry no pollen, no fragrance, and shed nothing — so they're safe for guests with hay fever or perfume sensitivities, and safe to keep next to the cake.
What if I don't love them when they arrive?
Contact us within 30 days of package arrival. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.
